Mental Health Monday - 1

 So here is the start of my Mental Health Monday! I'll admit, I haven't always been great about making sure I'm taking care of myself. So I'm changing all of that now.

3 things I'm thankful for:

An understanding husband who encourages me to take care of myself
Having the motivation to make a change
A clean apartment to start the week

3 things I'm looking forward to:

Visiting a friend in Tennessee in a couple of weeks
Starting massage school
Making the time to take care of myself

Something I did this week to take care of my mental health

Left the job that's been nothing but stress this year!
